About me

I have always loved cooking and then I found weight lifting.. and fell in love with it as well. Put the two together and a desire to see everyone succeed in their goals and TN Pro Fit Foods, LLC was born. I learned thru my own personal weight (100 lbs down and counting) loss journey the value of eating to fuel your body with your goals in mind.
